Before joining I had never done a “bulk” so I was concerned that by increasing my calories I would just put on fat, so was hesitant at the time.

I felt a little bit anxious as unintentionally i had been on a low calorie diet just from pure laziness by sticking to the same meals each week yet still being able to achieve a relatively good physique.

Rehan has helped coach me through it and reassured me about it so although I still pushed back, he understood and adjusted the goals to make them more manageable while still achieving the same result at the end.

dumbbell chest press pb 42kg
body weight 74.5.

Rehan provides great support and motivation to keep pushing to hit those targets but from a mental pov he always checks up on you to make sure you are alright in general.

Where are you based?

I am based in Manchester and I offer training sessions at NRG Gym near Old Trafford.

How much are sessions?

My rates vary depending on the type and frequency of sessions.

What type of clients do you work with?

I work with a variety of clients, including beginners, athletes, individuals recovering from injury, and those looking to lose weight or build muscle.

How do you track progress?

I track progress through regular assessments, including measurements, fitness tests, and progress photos.

We also review and adjust your sessions regularly based on your feedback and results.

What qualifications do you have?

I am a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, with additional certifications in football coaching such as, Level 1 Football Coach UEFA-C Licensce Coach and I also have a B/A in Football Coaching and Talent Development.
