I used to train already before joining, I was a bit egotistic I thought I can do it myself but it got to a point where I was not really making the process I wanted to see.

I felt unmotivated I wanted to quit, that’s when I made the decision to join.

Shortly after joining i already began to see results.

Used to be days were I felt unmotivated or don’t feel like giving it a 100%, now the most progress are made on days when I don’t feel motivated because I got Rehan who constantly motivates and pushes me to be the best version of myself. ( side note he’s got contagious energy 24/7.)

Now I find having someone to train me is very effective and efficient.

Now I don’t have to spend time planning and thinking about my training I can focus on other important things.
